XLIX. The Haikubes

In a recent package from a dear friend, I acquired a new fun way to make haikus. So occasionally I will post pictures of my new haikus instead of writing ones from my thoughts.

The rules of these Haikus are as follows:

1. Roll the haikubes

2. The two colored cubes set the direction and theme for the haiku

3. Use the rest of the Haikubes to write the poem.

Here we go!

XLVIII.

Through joys and sorrow:

Roller coaster of friendship,

Sometimes, just might end.

XLVII.

Lips tremble, eyes fog,

Gasping for air, throat closes;

Truth spoken: tears fall.

XLVI.

Point of no return.

Crossing the line; leap of faith.

No looking back now.

XLV.

Renewed energy,

Comparison: black and white.

Good to have you back.
